As a US based manufacturer of fiber optic cables, Tactical Deployment Systems supplies high-quality, cost affective fiber optic solutions to market Military, Education, Corporate, and both State and Federal Government segments.
His capability is highlighted by his accomplishments as President of NetStar Wire and Cable, where he led a start-up company to record revenues and profitability through business development that included operations, product line strategy, sales, marketing, and vendor development. David has also had significant impact on profitability and growth of Penril Datability, where he held senior positions in OEM program management and manufacturing engineering.
