His capability is highlighted by his accomplishments as President of NetStar Wire and Cable, where he led a start-up company to record revenues and profitability through business development that included operations, product line strategy, sales, marketing, and vendor development. David has also had significant impact on profitability and growth of Penril Datability, where he held senior positions in OEM program management and manufacturing engineering.
