David Mullsteff has more than 20 years of leadership experience working in the data-communication profession. An accomplished corporate strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise in business development have driven continued growth in the fiber-optic and computer networking sectors. His achievements have been featured in Broadband Properties, The Richmond Times-Dispatch, as well as other business media.

Offering a blend of creative and operational strengths, David has achieved exciting success in growing sales and profits as CEO/Owner of Cables Plus. His strategic approach to building a business through partnerships between the employees, suppliers and its customers has resulted in many awards. Cables Plus has placed in the top 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America according to Inc Magazine's for the past 4 years (2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010) Cables Plus has also been recognized as one of the top distributors 3 years running according to Broadband Properties magazine. As President of LightWave Manufacturing & Services, where his concept in quick turn manufacturing, quality products and focus on new product-line development has quickly delivered impressive bottom-line results. His capability is highlighted by his accomplishments as President of NetStar Wire and Cable, where he led a start-up company to record revenues and profitability through business development that included operations, product line strategy, sales, marketing, and vendor development. David has also had significant impact on profitability and growth of Penril Datability, where he held senior positions in OEM program management and manufacturing engineering.

David is a father of two and enjoys the love of his wife of 20 plus years Kathleen. His son is currently attending college majoring in Engineering. His daughter is currently attending college majoring in Art. Without his family's support none of this would be possible.
